We re-imagined the entire experience—from the first enquiry to final approval—by replacing manual follow-ups and scattered documents with a single, easy-to-use platform. Clients can track their applications in real time, upload documents securely, and stay informed at every step, while our internal teams manage cases more efficiently with smart workflows and automation. This version focuses on clarity, speed, and scalability. It empowers users to make confident decisions and enables consultants to deliver accurate, timely support across multiple countries and visa types—all from one unified system. Challenges & Learnings
Handling Complex, Country-Specific Eligibility Logic

AI-generated insights needed to remain explainable and consistent, especially for eligibility decisions that directly impact user trust and compliance.
Preventing Bot Abuse Without Impacting Real Users
High-value endpoints like eligibility checks and report generation were prime targets for bots, scraping, and automated abuse.
Managing Long-Running & Asynchronous Workflows
AI processing, report generation, and multi-step notifications could not be handled reliably within standard request–response lifecycles.
